Quality function, analysis, and statistics are performed as per product needs and can be compared to international systems and standards.

JN Metal is fully equipped with an in-house lab with every required chemical and instrument for the analysis of different non-ferrous alloys. The company provides guaranteed chemical analysis of non-ferrous metals as per IS, BS & ASTM standards.

The company is fully equipped with an inspection room with highly precise testing instruments like Digital Verniers, Go/No-Go Gauges, Bore Gauges, Dial Gauges, and more.

"In the casting process, first few castings will be inspected dimensionally and the pattern is qualified afterward. Only random inspections will be done. Every casting must be inspected for finding out defects in the casting process."

Visual Inspection

100% visual inspection of all castings for surface defects, cold shuts, mis-runs, cracks, and dimensional gross errors before any further processing.

Hydrostatic Pressure Test

Pressure testing of valve bodies, pump components, and pressure-bearing castings to verify leak-tight integrity under operating and proof pressures.

Magnetic Particle Inspection

MPI for ferrous castings to detect surface and near-surface discontinuities including cracks, seams, and porosity not visible to the naked eye.

X-ray or gamma radiography for critical castings to detect internal defects — porosity, shrinkage cavities, inclusions — to ASTM E446 / E186 standards.
